Why we build an ecosystem that grows smarter with every addition

A tool solves one problem once, and stays there. What we build is an ecosystem whose intelligence compounds with every addition.

A tool solves one problem, once

Buying software usually means solving one defined problem — a tool whose value is fixed from the day you install it, doing the same thing next year as it does today, no more. That is the logic of buying a tool: a one-time cost for a static capability.

Our approach is different. Instead of selling a single tool, we build an ecosystem that grows with your organisation, its intelligence compounding with every addition.

A tool stays fixed, an ecosystem keeps addingTwo rows over three moments: day one, month six and year two. A tool holds one capability, invoices, installed on day one and unchanged at month six and year two. An ecosystem starts with invoices, adds suppliers by month six, and by year two has added contracts and an assistant on top of the invoices and suppliers it already had.day onemonth sixyear twoa toolfixed from day oneinvoicesinstalledinvoicesunchangedinvoicesunchangedan ecosystemgrows with each additioninvoicesinvoices+ suppliersinvoicessuppliers+ contracts+ assistant
A tool is the same on day one and in year two; an ecosystem is a bigger set of specialists each time something is added.

Two families, connected

Our work takes shape as two convergent families. First, AI Services: focused, silent intelligences that run in the background of the software you already use — they take a defined input, make a specialised decision, and return an output, without necessarily conversing with anyone. Second, Agentic AI: an interactive assistant built on a coordinated team of agents that talks with the user, understands their intent, and calls on those same background specialists when needed.

If AI Services are the specialists behind the scenes, Agentic AI is the person at the front desk who speaks with the customer and hands each job to the right specialist.

An assistant hands a job to a specialistA user asks: can I pay invoice KS-2207? The assistant understands the task as a payment check and calls the invoices specialist, passing KS-2207. The specialist matches it to purchase order PO-318 and returns that. The assistant answers: yes, it matches PO-318, due 30 November. The suppliers and payments specialists stay in the background.“Can I pay invoice KS-2207?”assistanttalks with youhands it offtask: pay checkspecialistssuppliersinvoicespaymentsKS-2207PO-318“Yes: it matches PO-318. Due 30 Nov.”
The assistant understands the question and hands the job to the right specialist, which takes a defined input and returns an answer.

Value that multiplies

This is exactly where value compounds. Every new AI Service you add automatically makes all of your assistants more capable; and every new specialism you add to an assistant can draw on all the services already in place. We call this Layered Intelligence: layers that sit on top of one another and reinforce each other. Unlike a static tool, the value of this ecosystem multiplies with every addition.

Layered Intelligence: links multiplyTwo assistants, finance and support, are linked to two services, invoices and suppliers: four links. A contracts service is added and both assistants gain it: six links. A sales assistant is added and it can call all three services: nine links.assistantsAI Servicesfinancesupportsalesinvoicessupplierscontracts4 links6 links9 linksevery assistant gains contractsthe new assistant starts with all three
Each new service gives every assistant another specialist to call, and each new assistant can call every service already in place.

What exists today, and what’s on the way

We’d rather be candid about where we stand today. The current system has working memory, interaction history, and a long-term knowledge base. But two important capabilities are still on our roadmap, not available today: proactive memory, which surfaces relevant knowledge before you ask, and the system learning from the experience of its own conversations. What we offer is an ecosystem that begins compounding value from day one, with a clear path of growth.

What exists today and what is on the roadmapFive capabilities with a worked line each. Shipped today: working memory, this chat is about KS-2207, due 30 November; interaction history, last week it was asked about PO-318; a long-term knowledge base, supplier terms are net 30. On the roadmap, not available today: proactive memory, which would show net 30 before you ask, and learning from experience, which would improve from past chats.capabilitystatusworking memorythis chat: KS-2207, due 30 Novtodayinteraction historylast week: asked about PO-318todaylong-term knowledge basesupplier terms: net 30todayproactive memorywould show net 30 before you askroadmaplearning from experiencewould improve from past chatsroadmaproadmap items are not available today
