Academy

About the Academy

Field notes from a working team.

The Felesh team

Who writes

The team that builds Felesh, an AI operations platform. Every piece carries one byline, The Felesh team.

The notes come from the work itself. We write down what we went through, including where our approach lost, because what a team learns doing the work is worth more shared than kept.

How we write

Every piece says where its approach falls short.

When a piece turns out to be wrong, we correct it in place and show an “Updated” date next to the original one. A piece with no “Updated” date has not been changed since it was published.

We do not sell inside a piece. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy.

How the Academy is laid out

Two tracks, because two kinds of reader come here: Builders, who build the thing, and Business, who decide whether and how to use it. Each track has the same five steps, from what the technology is to whether you can trust it.

74 pieces: 65 in the five steps of the two tracks, plus the foundations and the five questions. They also run in 12 series, each following one subject from its first idea to its limits. Every piece shows its track and step at the top.

Specific questions, such as “Framework or platform?”, have their own page: the questions. If you know what you are looking for, search (or press ⌘K).
